Pencarrow Cottage is south facing, has a patio with seating to front, lawned area to side. Parking for two cars is adjacent.
A detached property with the added space of a rear porch with extra seating, Pencarrow Cottage consists of a separate kitchen, lounge, dining room, one double room with en-suite walk-in shower, two twin rooms (or one room's twin beds can be zip-linked to form a super-king-size double) and a bathroom with bath and electric shower.
Facilities include a Panasonic freeview TV & VCR/DVD player, CD/radio/Ipod dock. A new kitchen was installed in 2010 with a new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. The cottage is equipped with all modern electricial appliances, including hairdryer and alarm clock.
